Our History and Mission

The Dog Club opened in October 2014 and became a member of the International Boarding and Pet Services Association (IBPSA) in 2016. Through IBPSA, the club and its staff have gained certifications in canine infectious disease, pet care provision, and pet care specialization. IBPSA supports the pet care industry by offering business resources, staff training, certifications, and legislative advocacy for various pet service providers, including groomers, trainers, and veterinarians.

The Dog Club’s mission is to love and care for dogs as if they were their own. They aim to provide the highest quality services, including daytime canine enrichment, overnight stays with constant supervision, holistic and clean food, professional grooming, and expert dog training. With a commitment to excellence and well-being, The Dog Club ensures a safe and enriching environment for all dogs in their care.

Kalispell family needs your help and prayers for their 11-year-old boy, Wyatt.

Wyatt was born three months prematurely and has Tethered Spinal Cord Syndrome, a neurological disorder that restricts the spinal cord’s movement, causing pain, loss of leg function, and bladder and bowel issues. At just 11, Wyatt is facing his fifth spinal surgery. His last surgery in 2023 resulted in temporary paralysis, and his nerves are now severely damaged. Doctors in Salt Lake City have proposed a new spinal fusion surgery, but it’s complex due to Wyatt’s scoliosis and hemi vertebrae. The procedure would involve removing two vertebrae and part of his lower ribs, lasting 8–9 hours, with a long and painful recovery and a high risk of paralysis.

Wyatt’s health is further complicated by kidney issues caused by his condition. His mother, Alyssa works at The Dog Club and has asked to take extra hours to help with expenses. To support this hardworking family, we are organizing a fundraiser to help them focus on Wyatt’s care.

We ask for your prayers for Wyatt’s healing and for wisdom in choosing the right surgery.

Any financial support is deeply appreciated and will allow Alyssa and Casey to spend more time with Wyatt and their other children.
